There's no need for the odors and stains in your carpet to announce that you have a pet. Let their adorable faces speak for themselves!

We offer several techniques for getting rid of those pesky pet stains and odors that regular house hold cleaners wont.
What is a pet treatment?
Pet treatments include the removal of pet urine, odors, and stains. We do this by using the help of deodorizers, enzymes, and subsurface extraction.

We use a black light and inspection probe to determine the extent of pet damage to your carpet. This helps us determine if the urine has seeped into the carpet backing and padding.
Once we know what we're up against, we can help you decide which method is the best fit for your needs and budget.
What are the different levels of treatment?
For minor problems, we can use special pet deodorizers in addition to the standard cleaning method.

If urine has penetrated the carpet backing, enzymes can be used as an effective part of the pet odor removal process. We pour, spray, or inject special enzymes into the carpet fibers and possibly into the carpet padding. When the enzymes come in contact with the urine solids, they break down. Once that happens, we sanitize and remove them with our high temperature steam and strong suction truck mount. This method helps with both stains and odor removal.

When pet urine has penetrated the carpet padding, subsurface extraction is the most cost effective method that is proven to restore your carpet with a 90% success rate for odor and stain removal.
We completely saturate the affected areas, allowing the cleaning solution to penetrate carpet fibers and sink deep into the backing, padding, and subfloor. This step rehydrates, emulsifies, and breaks down pet urine solids.
A specialty tool called a water claw is then used to flush out the solution and pump it outside into a truck-mounted holding tank. We complete the process by rinsing the area with fresh water.

What can you do?
If an accident occurs between routine professional cleanings, you can minimize the problem by keeping a small carpet extractor on hand.
The faster you can extract the urine and clean up the area, the better.
